What's the difference between Free, Standard, Pro and Premium?

Premium = Best for the person who spends a lot of time in meetings and wants the highest quality transcript of every minute.

Pro = Best for the person who spends most of their day in meetings and wants a simpler, easier way to review action items, organize their follow up and coordinate with their team.

Standard = Best for the person who is really only in a few meetings each week and would like to be more organized coming out of them, coordinating follow up with others.

Free = A great way to check out what the Voicera tool does, and still maintain access to your old meetings.  You will likely want to upgrade so you can have Eva join meetings more than 25 minutes.

When will I be billed for an upgraded account?

As soon as you purchase a paid account, you will be charged.

If I downgrade to Free, what happens to my stored meetings?

Nothing will happen to any meetings you had which are currently stored in Voicera.  You will still have access to all of your historical meetings, and you will still have access to notes for meetings you join but do not host.  These will always be available to you.

Will integrations for Salesforce and Slack work at all tiers?

Yes - all of the plan tiers will have full features, including the ability to share meeting notes and highlights.  The only difference is the amount of time you can have EVA join meetings and take notes, capture highlights or transcribe meetings.
